How we do it:
We will either have an informal chat over the telephone or one where we come and visit you at home to discuss with you, your family or friends what options there are for the support you may need. We will give you all the information you require to help you make a decision, without any obligation to use us.
If you decide to use the Beeches, we’ll organise a care assessment where we will gather information from you about you, what you want to happen next and how you want that to happen. We will build your support plan together. Therefore it will meets your goals and includes any other activities and services that suit you.
Things change over time and we will adapt our services when this happens by reviewing your care and agreeing with you what to do next.
We start our visits at 7am and work through the day until our last calls around 10pm. We do our best to accommodate your preferred times within this range where we have the capacity.
Once you have booked care with us you will be given a schedule each week. The schedule lets you know who is coming to your home, what time they are coming and how long they will be staying at each visit. It is our policy to let you know of any changes to your schedule at the earliest opportunity.
We work hard to build relationships with our clients and their families. Over time we have developed a strong reputation in the communities we work as being a high-quality provider.
Our offices are open from 9am to 5pm for any queries and we run an out of hours on-call system for emergencies.
