Carer
Most people will join us as a Carer. You are the front line and face of the company completing the day to day care of our clients. Being a carer is a challenging role and it is important to be aware that you will be involved in assisting clients with their personal care as well as trying to brighten their day.
You will need to be prepared to work early mornings, evenings and weekends and provide your own mode of transport. Beeches Homecare will pay for your mileage and travel time. We offer a highly competitive hourly rate and guaranteed minimum hours.
Senior Carer
As a Senior Carer, you will be expected to help guide and mentor new staff members who may shadow you. Therefore you will be a role model to junior members of the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day care of our clients and you will work closely with the Support Team in maintaining the standard of care, as well as providing solutions to client issues.
Care Coordinator
Our care coordinators are responsible for the scheduling and administration of care calls. It is a supervisory role which requires adept soft skills as well as meticulous attention to detail. In addition to this you will need to conduct care assessments and reviews, adhere to safeguarding policies and drive the volume of business.
